Guidelines for fund distribution
1) The same guidelines apply for all campuses in Telemark.

2) Only student-based organizations and groups within the college system can apply for economic support.

3) Funds will be distributed as credit.

4) Applications for funds must include a detailed budget. Groups having previously received funds should include accounts when applying again.

5) The student pubs have «free station» (i.e. the location, electricity, janitorial services, and caretaker services are provided by the college) and must adjust their activities to their disposable income. This means that they cannot base ordinary enterprise calculations on FOMI-funds.

6) Distributed funds are actually kept in SiTel's account, which takes care that accounts are kept and that invoices are paid.

Groups allowed to apply
1) Student organisations/student pubs – concerning extraneous activities

2) the student government – concerning cultural and social activities

3) Classes – concerning cultural and social activities; for example, support for food

4) Committees arranging student weeks

5) Activity groups or subgroups

6) Ad-hoc groups that operate at orientation or during the year in connection with activities such as debates, causeries, revue, theater, concerts, etc.

7) Funds can also be giving for decorations/art and to establish meeting places for students.
