Information that applies to all bedsits:
Use of washing machine and dryer / cabinets are included in the rent.
Electricity / heating is included in the rent.
Cleaning of outer common areas and janitorial services are included in the rent. All bedsits have free Internet connection, but according to College regulations.
From autumn 2013 you pay rent for 12 months, ie from 1. August to 31. July the years after. This means that if you apply for renewal of the rental agreement to continue studies in the fall, you no longer have to move out of the bedsit in June and move in again in August. The rent in July is from 2014 only 50% of an ordinary month. If you have rented with us in the summer anyway, it will be cheaper than before.
The student housing at Skiensgate 17 - 19, Osebakken area (built in 1996), consists of four buildings with 8 bedsits in each building (12 in one of the buildlings). Two students share a bathroom, and four students share a kitchen and common room. All bedsits have telephone and cable TV connections.[»]
The student housing at Grenlandsgate 5 A and B, Kjølnes area (built in 1995), consists of two buildings with a total of 12 bedsits. Two students share a bathroom and kitchen. Each buildling has a small family flat as well. There is a common laundry room with a washer and dryer which can be used for free. All bedsits have telephone and cable TV connections. [»]
The student housing at Kjølnesjordet 24 and 26, Hovenga area (built in 1985 and 1987), consist of two buildings with 16 bedsits each. In four of the bedsits, the bathroom and kitchen is shared by two students (a double). In the rest of the bedsits, the bathroom is shared by two students while the kitchen is shared by six. All buildlings also include a common room as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer which can be used for free. All bedsits have telephone and cable TV connections.[»]
The student housing at Jotunveien 20 - 38, Hovenga area (built in 1989 and 1992), consists of ten buildings with eight bedsits in each building. The bathroom and kitchen are shared by two students.[»]
The student housing at Borgehaven 13 - 78, in the Hovenga area (built in 2009-2010), consists of 5 buildings with a total of 70 bedsits. The bedsits are devided like this: four family flats, ten couple rooms and thirtyeight duplicates where two students share kitchen and bathroom.[»]
