The student hall of residence is located in beautiful surroundings only a few hundred meters from Telemark University College.

SiTel has 20 student lodgings devided on two floors, with 10 rooms on each floor.
At the end of each floor there are 4 lodgings surrounding a joint kitchen. In the middle of each floor there are two lodgings, also with separate shower/WC, sharing a kitchen. The lodgings in the middle section are slightly more expensive than the rest (3340,- compared to 3190,-).These two lodgings on the ground floor are adjusted for functionally disabled people. The size of the lodgings is about 12 m2, each with seperate shower/WC and is fully furnished. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer. Students who are assigned a room in the lodgings must bring their own utilities such as pots and pans, knife, fork and spoon. The rent covers furniture, heat and electricity, municipal taxes etc. There is also a separate contact for TV and intenet in each bedroom, which is free. Students are in charge of cleaning the facilities. This includes times and staircase. SiTel is in charge of periodical cleaning. There is also a janitorservice established in connection to the lodgings .
